FOSREF has implemented in several of its various centers comprehensive care programs for infected people (young people, LGBTQI, sex workers tested HIV+ etc.) including care programs with support groups and psychosocial supervision and assistance to affected families, and ARV treatment services. FOSREF delivers in complete collaboration with the PLHIV associations: support group meetings; awareness sessions on discrimination and stigma; awareness sessions on gender equity; sessions on positive prevention; counseling sessions for disclosure of HIV status; ongoing counseling sessions; counseling sessions with séro-discordant couples
