FOSREF has established in several of its centers comprehensive care programs for people living with HIV, including young people and at-risk populations who have tested HIV-positive. These programs include support groups, psychosocial support, assistance to affected families, as well as care and ARV treatment services.

In close collaboration with PLHIV associations, FOSREF also implements programs to promote the rights of people living with HIV and their families and works with these associations to continuously fight stigma and discrimination against people infected and affected by HIV.
