FOSREF has established, throughout Haiti, various centers/programs that provide a wide range of integrated interventions and services in the areas of Sexual and Reproductive Health, Maternal Health, Prevention, Care and Treatment of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) and HIV/AIDS, as well as support and care for cases of violence against women and girls.
FOSREF serves a broad range of target populations, including men and women of reproductive age, young people of both sexes (ages 10 to 24, all categories: in-school and out-of-school youth), at-risk populations, Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), as well as People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV).
FOSREF is a Haitian non-governmental organization (NGO) serving the Haitian population since 1988. FOSREF is a key partner of the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP).
Promote and offer Reproductive Health services, Maternal Health, Prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, particularly STI/HIV/AIDS to the Haitian population, and to improve the living conditions of Haitian families through actions on housing, environment, professional education, psychosocial support for vulnerable groups.

FOSREF operates in the ten departments of Haiti, through a network of clinical centers operating in several towns/communes of these departments, in coordination with large community networks of Peer Educators (PE), Community Agents (ASCP and others), and grassroots community organizations (OCB), key partners of FOSREF in its interventions.
